- Tells you everything you need to know BUT as soon as you get on line to complete the online portion, you COMPLETELY review the entire book to take the online test. So don't bother studying this book...just read it. Really shows that AHA is committed to saving lives but if you have tested for BLS more than once, it may not be necessary. It is well written and really gives you information on what they will look for in the practical exam.
- This is the book I received. Worthless! Trash! Thus far, unable to contact anyone. Just says “This company does not accept returnsâ€.

- Bought this to study for the online CPR course. Not a disappointment. It had everything that I needed to study for the exam and more.

- Purchased this for BLS CPR Class and it was missing the quick reference guide card that accompanies the book. Another person in the class that ordered their book from was missing the quick reference guide also. Pretty sure these books were returns and resold without the guides since the books aren’t meant to be written in, but used just to follow along with the CPR video. These books might be cheaper through but be aware you might be getting a returned copy without the quick reference guide which is helpful for the test and to keep in hand as a quick refresher.
- Nice large color photos and print for an easy read. Has a test at the end to ensure understanding. Arrived wrapped in plastic for protection.
- Though I ordered a new book, I received an open/used one. There was no shrink wrapping on it and the quick reference guide was missing. I'm waiting on a replacement.
