Her TooPerfect Boss Quinn Family Romance Book 5 edition by Cami Checketts Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews

  • I was so invested in the characters in this book that I can't believe the book ended. I could have read another hundred pages.
  • This was a very good book. Cami is one of my favorite writers. She keeps you involved from page one until the end.
  • Wow what a book! Loved it. The scenes from the island were scary but wowzer what a great read. Can’t wait to read the next one!
  • Let me tell you-the WORST thing ever is having your alarm go off JUST as Navy and Holden kiss. I had to leave them hanging at chapter 3 ALL. DAY. LONG. And this is one of those books that you can’t read fast enough. The storyline is THAT fast paced and action packed! I LOVE the Quinn family & each sibling has been my new favorite as I read their book. Except! Navy has intrigued me as she appeared briefly in each of her brothers’ stories. Her Too-Perfect Boss did not disappoint. In fact, Navy is even more awesome than I expected (ok. So her CHARACTER in the BOOK! Cami Checketts does such an amazing job of bringing all of the characters in her books to life that it is REALLY hard to remember that they are CHARACTERS in a BOOK!) How awesome is it when a character boldly speaks of forgiveness and needing Christ, and then leads everyone into an impromptu group prayer (even the unbelievers knelt!)! On top of all the incredible, keep you on the edge of your seat action, a beautiful love story unfolds. The kind of love story that show real love and teaches you how to live out love. *Sigh-HAPPY sigh. This is a book that I will definitely be reading again!
  • I think this might be my favorite Quinn story yet and I really enjoyed them all. Navy and Holden are a great match. Both are natural leaders. Their strengths are highlighted when they are thrown into a disastrous situation with nonstop adventure. I also like how the author shows the less than perfect sides of the characters and how relationships can be hard. Relationships take work and recognizing where your priorities need to lay. I look forward to Colt's story next. We got a peek into his story in this book. I hope we get more of Navy and Holden in Colt's story. Can't wait!
  • Her Too-Perfect Boss Navy Quinn A Quinn Family Romance is by Cami Checkers. This is a great book and I must read the series. It is a romance of misjudgments and mistakes.
Navy Quinn was the eldest and only sister of the Quinn family. She was very protective of her brothers. Currently, she was on the show Muscle Up and was one of the trainers. There were two contestants left and they and the crew had been flown to the Caribbean to an island where Zack Tyndale and his wife Madeline had a home. Zack was an ex-Olympian and a billionaire and his home on this island was beautiful. Holden Jennings, the owner of Superior Sports and as such Navy’s boss, was coming to film the finale. Unfortunately, their timing was off and they were there when a hurricane hit. By the time they realized it was so bad, it was too late to leave. The house was built to be hurricane resistant and waterproof. Holden just hoped that was true.
  • Being caught on a small island in a major hurricane brings out the real in everyone.
For Navy and Holden, it brings out love.
For Ryan and Alecia, it brings out a maddening cowardice, made worse by Ryan's crush on Navy and Alecia's crush on Holden.
When the storm actually sweeps over the island, filling the house with water and driving many people into a tiny storm shelter, the situation worsens even more.
And people become even more themselves.
Checketts brings the tense mess into a HE.
Recommended for readers of clean billionaire romance.
  • The old saying of “assume means making an a** of u and me” might fit this story but what it really did was make four people nearly miss out on their forever love. At least Holden and Navy and I’m hoping the rest of the story is in Colt’s story. I love how two very strong, independent, successful people were too afraid for years to chance letting each other know their feelings. It took a tragedy to get them to see the light! Boy are we slow sometimes!!
